President and CEO of North County Inc, Rebecca Zoll, presents Chief Timothy Lowery one of North County Inc's Public Service Awards for 2018. The ceremony was the 41st Annual Leadership Breakfast and held at the Airport Marriott. On July 10th 2018 The Florissant Police Department again works towards positive community relations with "Coffee With a Cop", a meet and greet program designed for the community to get to know the members of the FPD.
