The 56th Valley of Flowers Festival and Parade saw the recognition of another outstanding group of young women. The Crowning of the Valley of Flowers Queen and Court was held at the Knights of Columbus Grounds in Florissant Missouri. Tune in to see the excitement as the winners are announced.
