Florissant Mayor Thomas P. Schneider, along with Old Town Partners, hosted a dedication to unveil a plaque in honor of the late Gretchen Crank. The "Walk Through History" plaques honor those who have made a valuable contribution to the City of Florissant. The ceremony was on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. In addition, Mayor Schneider honors Helfer's Pastries' 40th anniversary.
